on a cheesecake mission...

i'm on a cheesecake kick. i've taken it into my head that i should try every cheesecake offered by the cheesecake factory. and to make it academic, perhaps i should rate them according to metrics that i have yet to determine. i wouldn't be the first...

...Chris' Outrageous Cheesecake!!!

and outrageous it is! let me describe for you what's going on here:

you've got your ganache swirl
toasted coconut pecan frosting
chocolate cake
chocolate chip coconut cheesecake
brownie base

it's delicious, but there's nothing subtle here. it's over the top, and i felt slightly obscene with it sitting in front of me on the table. i probably won't ever need to order this again, but i'm glad i had the experience.

we happen to be going to the cheesecake factory again tomorrow, and i plan to try something new. but maybe something less...outrageous.
