After several trials and tribulations, Kerry Scott (rocker of my world) managed to get me signed up for a MySpace account. The current theory is that MySpace is not playing well with Firefox, so Kerry tried Safari, and was met with success.
A tangent, prompted by my having to spell "success": The secret of Michael J. Fox's success? Working in the mailroom while pretending to be a high-level executive in 80's corporate America. The secret of my success? An alternate web browser. Far less opportunity for farce in my scenario...
