I am a big fan of Google Docs. Mostly I use it to keep track of all the books I've read. I started in March of '97, and I'm up to just over 700 books. But some of them are embarrassing so no one is getting access to that particular document.
I'm also (slowly) putting together a timeline of ILL events, so we can keep track of major changes to services and staffing over time. I've allowed access to that document, since it doesn't incriminate or embarrass me in any way. That I know of.
I think of Google documents as an alternative to Libsnap, since Libsnap wasn't intended to support the kind of traffic that we need it to support.
