prep for Thing 10: unique post

I had some bad luck trying to do the whole Technorati ping thing. But Kerry Scott (my angel of Web 2.0) has given me some tips to make it work for me. So, here is my post for the purposes of pinging...I have to think of a unique word to make the searching easier...i'm thinking...what's on my mind today...what words could I possibly use...wage disparity...unsupportive work environment...low morale...oh, I know! Flibberdigibit!
